Information below is for 2023's Reunion. This will be updated with 2024 information when available.

Before you drive that iconic parkway and see the Chapel again, please review the following reminders and tips to make your Reunion better!

1. Check-In

Your first stop is to the Mission and Ministry Center for Reunion check-in (the building is just to the right of the Chapel). There, you’ll pick up your nametag and welcome bag, grab a schedule, and overnight guests will receive keys and check-in instructions.

Check-In is available Friday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Walk-up registration is available for your friends and classmates who still wish to attend.

2. Schedule

The full weekend schedule is available on the Reunion webpage. Attendees will be handed a printed schedule at Check-In. If you’d like to make a song request, submit them here!

3. Parking

Parking on campus is first come, first serve. We expect there to be plenty of parking available around campus.

Additional handicap spaces are available in key locations, including the Soda Center upper parking lot, lower townhouse parking lot nearest the residence halls, and near the Chapel. These spaces will be marked.

For those who require assistance, golf cart rides will be available between some event locations.

4. Overnight in townhouses

For guests staying the night in the townhouses, basic linens and towels will be provided. Guests must bring their own toiletries. Check out is at 12 p.m. Sunday.

*A tip from past Reunion attendees is to bring your pillow from home for extra comfort!

5. Weather

The forecast calls for highs of 91° on Friday and 91° on Saturday. It’ll feel quite nice during the day. While we expect the evening to be quite pleasant for dinner and dancing, summer evenings in Moraga’s microclimate can be notoriously cool or breezy, especially in the evening.

6. Attire

Dress code for the weekend is resort attire. Some alumni wear cocktail attire in the evening, beginning with Mass and continuing through dinner and dancing.

Please note: This email is only sent to primary registrants. Guests did not receive this email. Please ensure that your guests know this info and are ready for Reunion, too!

7. Class Giving

We’d love to encourage you, as you come back to campus, to give back to the area of Saint Mary’s that means the most to you in honor of your reunion. If you’d like to make a gift prior to joining us, or see your class’s totals for giving leading up to reunion you can use the link below. We’ll also have Advancement staff available at Reunion to assist with donations. Make your gift today!
